Basil & Board is an urban pizzeria and wine café located just south of downtown Salem, Oregon. We’re a quick-casual experience offering handcrafted pizzas, local beer & wine pairings, fresh salads, creative bruschetta, warm skillet cookies, housemade sodas, and other surprises!
In March of 2018 Brian Kaufman (Bo & Vine Burger Bar), Dino & Conrad Venti (Venti’s), and Matt Swain (Broadway Coffeehouse) began playing around with the idea of a unique pizzeria that would be “Crafted for Community” in Salem, Oregon. It would be a place where a quick-casual experience pairs handcrafted food with local wines, beers and cocktails!
After months of hard work Basil & Board was launched in December 2018!
